At The Real Safety Kit, we are committed to providing quality products designed to help women feel safer and more prepared. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as:

Change of mind after placing an order.
Ordering the wrong product or selecting the wrong option.
No longer wanting or needing the product.
Dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at our customer support email address.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or videos where applicable. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may not be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched. If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that a cancellation will be possible.

4. Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us so we can investigate the matter with the relevant delivery provider. Lost or undelivered orders will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 in South Africa. Where a refund, replacement, repair, or cancellation is legally required, those rights will take precedence over this policy.
