Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for dispatch.

Processing times may vary during weekends, public holidays, promotional periods, or periods of high order volume.

You will receive an order confirmation after placing your order and shipping information once your parcel has been dispatched, where applicable.

2. Shipping and Delivery

We use third-party courier services to deliver orders. The shipping provider and service will depend on availability and the option selected for your order.

Delivery times depend on your location, courier service, and operational conditions. Some deliveries, particularly to remote areas, may take longer.

Any delivery estimates displayed at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed by the applicable service.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Fees may vary depending on your delivery address, parcel size, weight, and the courier service available.

Any applicable delivery charges will be communicated before payment.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided where available.

You can use your tracking number to check the status of your shipment through the relevant courier's official tracking service.

5. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, including their full name, cellphone number, and delivery address.

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or unsuccessful delivery.

If you notice an error in your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible at realsafetykit@outlook.com. Changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been dispatched.

6. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or delivered in a damaged condition, please contact us at realsafetykit@outlook.com.

Please include:

Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Photographs of any visible damage, where applicable.
Your tracking number, if available.

We will work with the relevant third-party courier to investigate the matter and determine the appropriate next steps.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights or remedies under applicable South African consumer protection laws.

7. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or incomplete order, please contact us as soon as possible at realsafetykit@outlook.com.

Include your order number and supporting photographs where appropriate. We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.

8. Unsuccessful Deliveries and Returned Parcels

If a delivery cannot be completed because the address is incorrect, the recipient is unavailable, or other delivery requirements have not been met, the courier may follow its applicable redelivery or return-to-sender procedures.

If your parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange the next steps. Additional shipping fees may apply to reshipment where disclosed and legally permitted.

9. Third-Party Shipping Providers

The Real Safety Kit relies on independent courier companies to transport orders. While we work to ensure a smooth delivery experience, courier operations may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

We will assist customers with shipping enquiries and investigations. However, this policy does not exclude any responsibility or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
